otes les compres es realitzaran a la botiga online pernilscanmateu.com (d’ara en endavant, “Pernils Can Mateu”, domiciliada a Olot (17800), carrer Antoni Gaudí, número 12 i amb NIF número B-55155964, estan subjectes a les Condicions Generals de Compra que s’exposen a continuació:

Àmbit Territorial

Els productes de Pernils Can Mateu s’envien a tota la península, i la CEE amb condicions d’enviaments a consultar per a Ceuta, Melilla i les Illes Canàries, mitjançant el correu electrònic info@pernilscanmateu.com, indicant els productes sol·licitats i la direcció d’enviament.

Preus i mètode de pagament

  1. Els preus de tots els nostres productes estan indicats en EUROS (€) i corresponen al preu unitari amb IVA inclòs. S’entreguen en el domicili indicat amb les despeses d’enviament incloses, que corren a càrrec de Pernils Can Mateu.
  2. Els preus de tots els productes són vàlids en el moment de la seva consulta pel client o durant el període indicat per Pernils Can Mateu i podrien ser revisats i modificats si les condicions així ho requerissin, en qualsevol moment. Els preus facturats son els que estan en vigor en el moment de realitzar la comanda.
  3. En relació a l’IVA, com a norma general, s’aplica el tipus impositiu del 10% per al territori Español d’acord amb el que estableix l’article 91 de la Llei 37/1992, de 28 de desembre, de l’Impost sobre el Valor Afegit.
  4. Pernils Can Mateu accepta pagaments per transferència bancaria, Bizum o TPV Virtual i garanteix que totes les transaccions son 100% segures. Totes les operacions que impliquin la transmissió de dades personals o bancàries es realitzaran en un entorn segur i Pernils Can Mateu utilitza un canar segur, i les dades trameses són xifrades gràcies a protocols https, per tant, garantim les millors condicions de seguretat per a que la confidencialitat dels usuaris quedi garantida. 
  5. Tanmateix, les dades sobre la seva targeta de crèdit no queden registrades en cap base de dades sinó que van directament al TPV del Banc. Al efectuar un pagament amb targeta bancaria, les dades que es sol·licitaran sempre seran les següents: el número de targeta, la data de caducitat i un Codi de Validació que coincideixi amb les 3 xifres del revers de la seva targeta, oferint d’aquesta manera més garanties en relació a la seguretat de la transacció. Cal tenir en consideració que el frau amb targeta de crèdit és un delicte i que Pernils Can Mateu durà a terme totes les accions legals necessàries contra tot aquell que realitzi una transacció fraudulenta via la botiga online. 

Política d’enviaments

  1. Pernils Can Mateu entrega els seus productes a domicili mitjançant una empresa de transports.
  2. El termini d’entrega és de 2 a 3 dies hàbils, per tant exclou dissabtes, diumenges i festius.El terminid’entrega comença a comptar des de les 19:00h del dia que s’hagi efectuat la compra.
  3. Pernils Can Mateu no es farà responsable de retards en l’entrega dels enviaments per motius d’informació incompleta en les direccions d’entrega que puguin portar a l’empresa transportista a errors. En conseqüència, és important que el client introdueixi correctament la direcció d’enviament.
  4. Les despeses d’enviament corren a càrrec de Pernils Can Mateu.

Política de devolucions

  1. Pernils Can Mateu accepta la devolució dels seus productes, sempre i quan no mostrin signes evidents d’ús i/o consum o danys. Tots els productes venuts mitjançant la botiga online poden ser retornats en un termini de 7 dies naturals comptats a partir de la data d’entrega sempre i quan la devolució estigui degudament justificada.
  2. En el cas d’una devolució, es realitzarà el reemborsament de l’import de la compra, descomptant les despeses d’enviament, normalment en el proper dia laborable a la recepció de la devolució, i el termini màxim de 30 dies des del dissentiment per part del client. Si el client fa una devolució, s’haurà de fer càrrec tant de el cost de l’enviament inicial, encara que aquest s’hagi realitzat de forma gratuïta, com el cost de l’enviament de la devolució. La devolució no podrà tenir lloc en cap cas si es fa evidència que els productes subministrats han estat objecte d’ús. Els productes han de, imperativament, retornar correctament protegits en el seu embalatge d’origen amb una bossa de plàstic i / o embalatge. No s’enganxaran adhesius en l’embalatge original. Els productes hauran d’estar en perfecte estat (sense signes d’ús, danyats o embrutats pel client) i amb tots els accessoris corresponents. Es recomana que els enviaments tinguin nombre de seguiment atès que en cas de pèrdua el client haurà de responsabilitzar d’ell mateix.
